AKA the scariest room in the house. The tenant of the previous owner, in addition to stashing liquor bottles INSIDE the walls and shrubs, had also smashed the shower wall, apparently in a crack-fueled rage. That smashed wall almost cost us our mortgage and the whole deal would have been blown.
